Headless E-commerce
Next.js storefront on a custom commerce API.
We started with a conversion audit of the old store, then redesigned and rebuilt it as a fast headless storefront — migrating every product, customer and order along the way.
The brand's old store was slow on mobile, hard to update and losing shoppers at checkout. Seasonal sales regularly brought the site down.
We rebuilt the storefront as a headless Next.js app with server-rendered product pages, a one-page checkout and a simple admin for managing drops, discounts and inventory.
