EasyRent manages medium and long-term rentals in Valencia. We replaced their WordPress site with a Next.js platform that runs the whole tenancy — from search and instant pricing to payments, check-in logistics and monthly rent — while keeping every hard-won Google ranking.
EasyRent wanted tenants to see the exact cost of a stay, book and pay online, and pay rent automatically — and the team wanted one place to run it all. Moving off WordPress also couldn't cost them their search rankings.
We built a bilingual Next.js platform with a reservation engine that prices any stay instantly, Stripe checkout for the booking deposit, SEPA Direct Debit for monthly rent, automatic PDFs, email and WhatsApp messages, and a 15-module portal for daily operations.

Tenants browse apartments, rooms and studios across Valencia and filter by area, price, bedrooms, availability and amenities — in Spanish or English.
Each property page has a photo gallery and a booking calculator. Pick dates and an arrival time and it breaks down the whole stay — booking deposit, prorated rent, extra deposit, 10% agency fee plus IVA and any late check-in fee — following Spanish rental rules.
Property management, asset management, renovation projects and investment sourcing each have their own page, built to turn owners and investors into leads.
The team lands on a live overview of properties, pending requests, approved bookings, monthly revenue and occupancy — with charts, quick actions and a mobile layout for on-the-go.
A branded sign-in protects the operations portal with HttpOnly, SameSite cookies and bcrypt-hashed passwords.
Tenants book instantly from the calculator, or admins send a custom reservation link after a call. Both lead to one checkout where the tenant adds their ID details and pays the booking deposit by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
For longer stays, tenants sign an electronic SEPA mandate once. Monthly instalments are scheduled automatically, tenants get the legal notice three days before each debit, and failed payments are flagged for the team.
After payment, tenants receive a booking summary and accepted-terms PDF by email, plus WhatsApp messages in their language. Before arrival they get reminders and, for late arrivals, their KeyNest locker details.
