Building the platform behind a youth adventure community

Proactive Future needed far more than a website. They needed one platform to publish trips across three programmes, screen every applicant, take deposits, keep each group talking and reward the members who bring new people in.

• Weekend expeditions, international trips and Erasmus+ each had their own dates, prices, difficulty and spots.
• Every traveller had to be screened first — motivation, a short intro video and health details.
• Payments needed a deposit up front and the remaining balance only once each trip was confirmed.
• Coordinators needed their own tools to publish trips, review applicants and lead their groups.
