We owned MediQueue end to end — from mapping a typical clinic day with reception staff to shipping the apps and keeping them running.
Clinics were managing appointments over phone calls and paper registers. Patients waited for hours with no idea when their turn would come, and no-shows were eating into revenue.
We designed a patient app for discovering clinics and booking slots, paired with a web dashboard for reception staff — all connected through a real-time queue.
What we delivered
The impact MediQueue has on the people who use it every day.
Patients arrive closer to their turn instead of waiting for hours on site.
Timely reminders and one-tap rescheduling keep the day's schedule full.
Check-ins, queues and records live in one place instead of paper registers.
Owners see patient volume, peak hours and doctor utilisation at a glance.
A closer look at the experiences that make MediQueue work.
Patients search nearby clinics by speciality, compare doctors and check real-time availability before they book.
Nearby
A guided flow lets patients pick a doctor, date and time, then confirms instantly with a digital token.

Great products hide a lot of careful engineering. Here's what it took to make this one fast, secure and reliable.
Socket-based updates keep every patient's position accurate within seconds, even with hundreds of people waiting.
A queued messaging pipeline with retries delivers WhatsApp and SMS alerts without duplicates.
Each clinic's data is isolated while sharing a single codebase and infrastructure.
Bookings and tokens are cached on the device so patients still see their details on poor connections.
Granular permissions for owners, doctors and staff, with audit logs on sensitive records.
Caching and load-tested APIs keep the app fast during the morning rush.
